皆さん、如何お過ごしでしょうか？

意外にカラッとした夏日があったりで、暑いですが過ごしやすい夏の香港より017です。

さてさて、先日Galaxy内オークラにある「山里」にランチに行ってきました！

期間限定で京都より料理人の方がいらっしゃっており、メニューは一つしかないのですが、

本物の京懐石を食べる事が出来ました！！！！

これは京都で学生時代を過ごし、また京料理が大好きな私にとっては幸せな事です。

まずは前菜。

そして刺身。

そして酢の物、椀物、ご飯と続いて、お味はお出汁の利いたほっこりするお味でした。

その後、綺麗に盛られたフルーツを戴き、おしまいとなりましたが、

久々に日本の繊細な味と盛付に身も心も満たされました。

マカオではんなりとしたい時には是非にお試し下さい！

Dear All,

Time goes by so fast, it’s summer now in Macau,

everyday is so hot. How about the weather in Japan? I hope it’s not as hot as Macau 😉

Last month it was a raining month in Macau,

it rained almost everyday and was very heavy raining , it was so difficult to go out with that heavy rain.

Finally the sunshine comes back,

I love summer so much! I like to eat ice-cream, watermelon,

and go to swimming pool side or beaches with my friends.

What Japanese people usually like to do in summer?

Many restaurants and shops are in there.

Then,I went to the Skytop Adventure River.

How exciting that is!!!

After that,u can relax in your room and see the amazing view at night.

皆さま、如何お過ごしでしょうか？

ジメジメ暑い香港より017です。

今回は（ってか、今回も！）、食べ物のお話です。

知人がやっているお寿司屋さんに先日ランチに行ってきました。

お料理全部載せたいのですが、食べるのに必死で撮り忘れたので、写真撮った分をご紹介します。

まずは茶碗蒸し。

雲丹が乗ってる～。お出汁の優しい味にうにでとっても美味しかったです。

その後、焼き物やらお寿司やら出てたんですが一気に食べてしまい。。。

お寿司の後にミニちらし丼。

ここにも雲丹が乗ってる～。と雲丹好きは叫びます。

お寿司食べた後でしたが、ここはシャリが小さく食べやすいのと、チラシになっているので、また違った感覚で食べる事が出来ました。

最後はデザート。

豆乳アイスで夏場なのでお口スッキリでした。

お料理一つ一つに様々な工夫がされており、またおもてなしも日本にいるようなサービス。

ここは日本なのか・・・と錯覚してしまうような素敵な空間で時間を過ごす事が出来ました。

このように香港にある日本食レストランも本格的なお店が増えており、満足度が非常に高いです。

香港にお立寄りの際は是非香港の日本食レストランをトライしてみては如何でしょうか。
