The Macao Lotus Flower Festival, falling every year in summer, showcases the beautiful perennial aquatic plant found far and wide throughout China.

澳門每年夏天都舉辦荷花節，荷花為澳門繁華的城市生活帶來優美的點綴。

Every year, the festival highlights a particular lotus flower species, which admirers can see at the Taipa Houses-Museum and in the Suzhou-inspired Lou Lim Ieoc Garden among other places.

每屆荷花節的主要展覽場地包括盧廉若公園及氹仔龍環葡韻等，荷塘景色清幽雅致。

Potted lotuses can also be found in major parks, on many streets and in popular sightseeing spots around Macao, a colourful and enchanting reminder of the centrepiece the lotus plays in the design of the Macao SAR flag.

此外，部分廣場及主要旅遊名勝均擺設荷花盆栽，令全城荷香飄逸，景點更賞心悅目。澳門素有蓮花寶地之稱，與荷花的淵源深厚，荷花更是組成澳門區旗及區徽的主要元素。

Seasonal lotus-themed cuisine also makes a tasty appearance in some local Chinese restaurants!

本地一些中式酒家亦趁荷花盛開的季節推出荷花宴，以清新食材炮製荷香美食。

Parade for Celebration of the Year of the Monkey!!

The “Parade for Celebration of the Year of the Monkey” features fabulous float parade alongside over 1,000 performers, splendid fireworks, local display of floats and so forth.

This event is joined by 14 floats, 28 local groups as well as a total of 9 performance groups from different places including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Portugal, Spain and the United States.

This year, the whole Parade will revolve around a story about the Monkey King, a famous character in a Chinese classical novel. A multimedia opening show will also kick off the Parade for the first time, promising an extravaganza of light and 3D effects.

Hi everyone, it is the early of December now.

Macau Grand Prix is COMING!!!! 19NOV – 22NOV

The Macau Grand Prix is a motor-racing event held annually in Macau.

It is the 62th this year.

It is known for being the only street circuit racing event in which both car and motorcycle races are held.

Every year in November, hundreds of racing drivers and riders compete in different categories of motor-racing, including single-seaters, touring cars and motorbikes.
